Shawn Mac Gavin and Dan Pond shared their first joint marketing technology project in 2009 while Shawn was studying computer information systems at Crafton Hills College in Yucaipa, California. What was the first original task that lead to their incredible marketing technology journey? Posting an add on craigslist! After the two worked on several projects over the course of next years, they decided to master the SEO industry specifically for property management. For the next several years Shawn mastered the art of SEO with a deep understanding and function of the Google algorithm. Shawn has continued to expand his knowledge and understanding of SEO and online marketing universe. He has completed numerous technical certifications including Google Adwords and Google Analytics.

After experiencing great results in mastering the SEO universe in property management, Shawn decided to start his own company Surf Results Marketing in 2012. With this company Shawn offers SEO services to other property management companies across the country.

To this day, Shawn remains an integral part of Jackson Property Management and Shawn and Dan continue to collaborate on other property management technology related projects with Shawn offering his knowledge in online marketing and information technology.
