James Morse
Accountant / CFO
James has been in the accounting and finance business for over 15 years. James was born in the Inland Empire area and has lived in various places throughout Southern California. He also lived for a short time in Michigan where he did accounting work. When returning to Southern California James attended Norco College for Accounting. James is a self taught accountant holding multiple State Certifications in Small Business Accounting, Small Business Payroll and Business Administration.
In 2012 James joined the Jackson Property Management team as a Maintenance Manager where he was in charge of all work orders, billing and accounting for all maintenance issues for both tenants and owners. After a brief time, James became the accountant and finance manager for both Jackson Property Management and Catalyst Property Management, and has been doing their accounting since 2013. James is a multi-tasker and is very efficient. Because of his time with the company he has a broad understanding of all the inner workings of the company. He is very good with all owners and tenants and strives to make things go as smoothly as possible between new owners and new tenants with the move in and move out process and is also very quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns from both tenants and owners alike. When James is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, snowboarding and cooking.
