I have been working in the property management and real estate business since 2014.  I am a highly personable sales associate with professional experience throughout the state of Utah.  As a property manager, I work diligently to make sure the owners of the properties are happy and that their properties are taken care of, as well as make sure the tenants needs are taken care of.  I am open to both owners and tenants’ feedback, whether it be positive or negative.  Of course, we all like positive feedback, however “constructive criticism” is also welcomed so we know what to improve on and how we can make things better for the company and future tenants and owners.   As the maintenance manager I pride myself in getting the work orders that come in assigned to the proper vendor in a timely manner and communicating with the owner to let them know what is going on with their property.   I am also a licensed real estate agent and so it makes managing and maintaining the properties much easier as I know the details of what needs to be done on inspections, move outs, repairs, etc.   I am happy to put my experience and commitment to quality to work for you.

Interests

I am a native of Logan, Utah and I enjoy living in Cache Valley.  I graduated from Utah State with a degree in Psychology.  I previously worked at the Logan Golf and Country Club, Talisker Resorts and Schlumgberger Tech. Corp.  In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, mountain biking, golfing, watching football, playing games, and spending time with my family and friends.
