Kimberly Pond
Sr. Property Manager / Co-Owner
I suppose I have been working in property management for over “30 years”, I just didn’t realize that’s what it was called when Dan and I purchased our first rental. But I started becoming a serious and professional property manager in 2010 when we started a property management company in Southern California where I ended up managing a portfolio of over 150 single family homes for a private equity firm. It was a great way to jump into the fire feet first! Dan and I then had the opportunity to return back home to Cache Valley to purchase Coldwell Banker Gold Key Realty, for which I was so happy and am forever grateful. Being a native of Cache Valley, born and raised in Wellsville, it has been great to be able to have our children around their grandparents and be around family again. Along with the purchase of Coldwell Banker Gold Key Realty, we also had the opportunity of purchasing Catalyst Property Management and since 2015 have been running them both. As an Owner, Agent and Property Manager my number one goal is to make sure that my co-workers and the agents are happy and that the atmosphere in the office is fun and cheery and that everyone looks forward to coming to the office each day. I strive every day to keep the property owners and tenants happy, to interact with them, respond to them in a timely manner, answer their questions and help solve any problems or issues as they arise.
I studied Psychology at USU, I am a licensed Real Estate Agent, married with three wonderful children and currently live in River Heights, Utah. In my free time I enjoy exercising, reading, watching a good movie or TV series, golfing, skiing, shopping, going to dinner with my husband, going on rides with my family and figuring out what yard decorations we are going to put up for the upcoming holidays!
